In all honesty, Talbot House does not have a garage, but we're hoping you do and you're itching to clean it out! Thank you for all the support, we need it! Talbot House Ministries is having a Garage Sale on Saturday, February 28, 2015 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.!!! Monetary donations and items to sell are most appreciated. Without your help we cannot continue to operate at our current capacity. Recently, the move of Salvation Army to new facilities in the Kathleen area has resulted in Talbot House having to serve an additional 100 meals each day to those who had been served by the Salvation Army kitchen. We have done everything we can to keep our expenses as low as possible, but have arrived at the point of having to give serious consideration to reducing or eliminating some services or programs because of the lack of sufficient financial resources. This would create undesired consequences for our clients and our community, and is something we would like to avoid if at all possible.

Goin courting has never been as much fun as in this rip-roaring stage version of the popular MGM movie. Set in Oregon in 1850, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers tells the story of Milly, a young bride living in the 1850's Oregon wilderness. Her plan to civilize and marry off her six rowdy brothers-in-law to ensure the success of her own marriage backfires when the brothers, in their enthusiasm, kidnap six women from a neighboring town to be their brides. Bursting with the rambunctious energy of the original film, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers is boisterous fun and romance that harkens back to the glory days of the movie musical.

Friday, March 20, 2015 - 7:30 p.m. Jacques Offenbach was the king of the Parisian operetta, and this delightful production, performed in English, bubbles like champagne. It tells the tale of two penniless street singers, La Périchole and her lover, Paquillo. Entering the story is the lecherous Viceroy of Peru, who falls instantly in “lust” with the title character, and comedy ensues as complications and romantic intrigues arise in this classic clash of wits between the eccentric Viceroy and the resourceful La Périchole.
