PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
Crevasse Street / Lakeland Park Drive Extension

The meeting will be conducted in an open house format from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.  An overview presentation will begin at approximately 6:15 pm.The City of Lakeland has scheduled a Public Meeting for the Crevasse Street / Lakeland Park Drive Extension Project. The meeting will be held on Thursday, March 6, 2014 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites located at 4500 Lakeland Park Drive, Lakeland, FL 33809.

The City is reevaluating the potential for a new transportation corridor between US 98 and N. Socrum Loop Road to be located just north of I-4.

The public meeting is being conducted to present the findings of the re-evaluation and to obtain input from elected and appointed officials, property owners/tenants, business owners/operators, and other interested parties.

Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, handicap, or family status. Anyone requiring special accommodations pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 or persons that require translation services (free of charge) at the meeting should contact Mr. Greg Moore, Study Team Project Manager, by telephone at (407) 896-0594, or by e-mail to gmoore@drmp.com  at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting.  You may also follow the City of Lakeland Public Works Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/fbcolpw  where project-related information on this and other projects will be posted periodically.
