POST ELECTION AUDIT NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City of Lakeland Canvassing Board will convene on the following dates:
November 8, 2013, in the City Commission Conference Room at Lakeland City Hall, 228 S Massachusetts Av, Lakeland at 8:30 a.m. to select a race and precinct for the Post Election Audit.
November 12, 2013, in Bartow at the Supervisor of Elections Office, 250 S. Broadway Ave., Bartow FL at 3 p.m. to conduct the Post Election Audit.
Anyone deciding to appeal a decision by the Canvassing Board on the above subject matter at these meetings will need a record of the proceedings and for purposes of that appeal, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be made.
