Scope:  To define & answer questions concerning the recent controversies involving the Lakeland Police Department & suggest actions that can be taken to improve community trust:
  • Do we – The City & LPD have the appropriate processes in place to address the challenges we are confronting today?
  • What can be done to improve a speak-up culture within the LPD and the City's organizational footprint?
