The City of Lakeland has a number of quality facilities to "quench your thirst" for recreation. Featuring two full-service complexes complete with fitness facilities, spacious gymnasiums and multipurpose rooms, the City is pleased to provide numerous recreation opportunities for its residents. Each complex also boasts a 10-lane swimming pool with diving well (one is heated and open year-round). In addition, the City has two quality rental facilities which feature numerous buildings and meeting rooms. Various programming is offered throughout the week at these facilities. Tennis, softball, flag football and other sports are also available at city facilities.
