Common Ground Inclusive Playground is a play experience designed for children of varying abilities to play side by side. The park is full of fun play elements for children aged 2-12. Play zones such as Adventure Canyon, Spider web Peak, Butterfly Meadow, Fossil Beach, Gopher Mountain, Journey Plateau and Sculpture Gulch provide easy, intermediate and challenging play opportunities. Common Ground is an unsupervised playground and adult supervision is recommended. |

The park was community developed and funded with many volunteers and donations. Common Ground is maintained by the City of Lakeland with funding assistance through the Community Foundation of Greater Lakeland.
