ELEMENTARY CAMP
In City - Saturday, April 12, 2008 8:00am - noon
Non City - Saturday, April 19, 2008 8:00am
(All of the above registrations are at Kelly Recreation Complex.)
Elementary: $500
Elementary Registration Fee $200.00 per child
3-payments of $100.00
Teen: $700
Teen Registration Fee $250.00 per child
3-payments of $150.00
NORTHWEST QUADRANT (Simpson and Blake)
(residence and income restrictions do apply)

N.W. QUADRANT $200
Registration Fee $50.00 per child

Forms for elementary camps (excluding NW Quadrant) will be available for pickup the beginning of March. First qualification –participant must reside in City limits, then requirements are based on income.
Scholarship signups have ended
City Residents must provide proof of residency.
Must bring current report card, your electric bill, and driver’s license in order to register.
Fees payable by cash or check only at registration.
Enrollment is limited and camp participants will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis by date listed above.
Completion of the registration form DOES NOT constitute a camp reservation. Participants must complete the full registration process to secure a reservation
