First qualification –participant must reside in City limits, then requirements are based on income. Scholarship signups have ended Registration Procedures City Residents must provide proof of residency. Must bring current report card, your electric bill, and driver’s license in order to register. Fees payable by cash or check only at registration. Enrollment is limited and camp participants will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis by date listed above. Completion of the registration form DOES NOT constitute a camp reservation.
