Flags to Fly at Half-Staff In Honor of Oregon Shooting Victims

A memo from Governor Scott was issued today that states:
In honor and remembrance of the victims of the Oregon shooting and pursuant to a Presidential Proclamation, I hereby direct the flags of the United States and the State of Florida to be flown at half-staff at all local, state and federal buildings, installations and grounds throughout the State of Florida. The flags shall be lowered immediately and remain at half-staff until sunset, Tuesday, October 6, 2015.

Please note that this lowering of the flags will coincide with the lowering of the flags today in honor of the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Service.
