We need your valuable input to help the City of Lakeland move forward in the development of a Strategic Broadband Plan

Recently the City has partnered with Magellan Advisors, an international broadband and telecommunications planning firm to create a resourceful high-speed internet plan specific to Lakeland. As an initial step in the planning process we are asking for your participation in completing a survey that is intended to help us measure the “State of Broadband” in Lakeland. Documenting challenges and needs, the survey will provide the valuable input necessary to craft a plan that will examine the types of broadband services our community will desire and require in the future. Please take the time to complete the survey for both residential and business needs.

Ron Cox is AWESOME #iamlakeland

Resident Kathryn Gernot wrote: I had my purse stolen from Wal-Mart three weeks ago and the young boys must have thrown my wallet near a waste receptacle. Ron Cox, your solid waste driver, found my wallet and turned it in to your office at Evelyn Avenue. My drivers license, Social Security card, insurance cards etc were all returned to me. The cost to replace all of them would have been a burden for me. This has been a godsend and such a blessing!!!! Thank you and your employees for being so kind while going above and beyond their duty to help citizens in need.

Ron thank you for showing us all what integrity is! We are proud to have you on our team. #intergity
