Incentives for Dixieland Property Owners

| | With the completion of the Dixieland Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) Commercial Corridor Design Guidelines in 2004, the Dixieland CRA Advisory Board was interested in encouraging the use of these new guidelines. More importantly, the Board felt that it was important to provide some initial technical assistance to eligible commercial property owners to illustrate the appropriate types of design for the corridor, and to provide financial assistance for building or site improvements that contribute to the physical, economic, social and aesthetic well-being of the City of Lakeland.
