LOW IMPACT EXERCISE
A low-intensity workout class geared to increase circulation, improve cardiovascular function, and boost circulation

Yoga stretches that strengthen the body through a series of postures in which you support your own weight and focus on conscious breathing.

PIANO/KEYBOARD CLASS
Participants engage in activities on the piano and in theory explorations; and play classical, popular, and religious songs.

DJ KEN SENIOR DANCE
A fun interactive dance class that teaches: Ballroom, Salsa, Tango, and many other dance routines. No experience is necessary and beginners are welcomed!

GOODIE TREATS
This program uses the creative art of modeling to help the youth build confidence as well as respect for others. The class will also cover runway skills, interviewing skills, proper etiquette, and more!

PRE-BALLET
Basic ballet skill, terminology, rhythm, and coordination creative movement, music, and mime in a supportive and supervised environment.

AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING
Tutoring is provided to K-8th graders by certified PCSB teachers. Participants receive help in reading, mathematics, language arts, and computer skills. Help with homework is also provided.
