To provide exceptional services, outstanding support, and training to all employees of the City of Lakeland. We strive to provide quality customer service to all employees in the following areas: Employee Relations, Training, Classification, Compensation, Employee Rights and Discipline, and Organizational Development. We do our best to add to the employee's quality of life and a positive work atmosphere that results in superior service for our citizens.
