Classification and Compensation
Classification and Compensation consists of the classification descriptions, Pay Plans, Salary/Wage Schedules, setting and recommending salary/wage ranges according to external and internal market factors.
Job Descriptions
Currently all Job Descriptions are under revision. The new titles have been referenced to the old Job Description only until the revised Job Description can be approved and published. Selection will be based on the currently approved and displayed Job Description.

Pay Plan
The Pay Plan consists of all of the current active classifications with their corresponding class code, pay grade, type (administrative,Civil Service, Non Civil Service) and salary plan. Also included is the Pay Grade Step Table which lists the salary range for each pay grade.
