• Accurately and timely processes monthly customer billings for recycling, roll offs, solid waste, stormwater, and wastewater services;
  
  

• Reviews and assesses Wastewater Impact Fees on new construction and build-outs;
  
  

• Reviews accounts for Excess Impact Fee billings;
  
  

• Ensures all pertinent permits, occupational licenses and certificates of occupancy are reviewed prior to account billing in accordance with City of Lakeland ordinances;

Residential

• Billing is a flat rate for residential customers.
  
  

• Each customer is charged $15.75 for solid waste and $1.50 for Recycling.
  
  

• Multi-family rates will vary depending upon the service provided.

This fee was implemented to assist in funding the clean up of our City's lakes.

Commercial

• *All commercial customers are assessed based on impervious square footage.

Residential

• *A flat rate is assessed for residential customers.

*Both residential and commercial customers have the opportunity to apply for a credit if they have a retention pond where water run off is contained.
