Please review the above linked flyer for two separate instances involving sexually-natured crimes between March 10, 2008 and August 15, 2008. Composite sketches were constructed after both instances, and, as you will see, the suspects in each sketch resemble one another, thus, creating the possibility that both crimes were committed by the same assailant. Lakeland Electric’s downtown payment office located at 501 East Lemon Street will permanently close effective October 1, 2008. The City of Lakeland Utility Committee recently voted 11-3 to follow staff recommendations to close the downtown payment lobby and drive thru.
