10 Roma Tomatoes (The firmer the better)
4 Green Onions
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
3 Medium Jalapeños
1 Bunch of Cilantro (I usually use half)
Fresh Garlic, either hand chopped or minced (Use your best judgement, then add a little bit more)
1 or 2 Tbs of Rice Vinegar
1 or 2 Tbs Fresh Lime juice
salt, cumin & cyanne pepper to tase (Usually a tsp of each to start with)
*Hand chop all the veggies!
*TASTE and add spices, juice, and vinegar till you get it how you want it.
*Get thick tortilla chips... this is some CHUNKY salsa!
*Mix some with an avocado for a spicy guacamole.
