    *  The Lakeland Fire Department is an Advanced Life Support (ALS) non-transport department. 

    *  LFD has 149 employees.

    *  LFD has 7 fire stations, an administrative facility, a training center and a vehicle maintenance facility.

    *  Our total response area is 80 square miles
