ALBERT I. LODWICK PAPERS RG2700
Lodwick's first position in the aviation industry was as a statistician in a subsidiary of the Curtiss-Wright Corporation. He was hired in 1929 and during his nine year tenure with the company, he gradually rose through the corporate ranks to the position of assistant to the president. This series documents to some degree Lodwick's association with the Curtiss-Wright Corporation. Included are aircraft production and registration reports which Lodwick compiled, company brochures, a company prospectus, a company organization chart, comparative reports of army and navy aircraft contract specifications, engine performance charts, a company instruction manual for salesmen, and correspondence. The records in this series are arranged alphabetically by subject or type of record and chronologically within folders. |
