In 2001, Trevor W. Thomas made a proposal for an historic district bordered by Ingraham Ave. on the west, Clearview Ave. on the east, Lake Hollingsworth Drive on the south, and Bartow Hwy. (98 S) on the north. Data (but not on individual homes) and a map of the area are in the proposal. No action has been taken at this time.
