Description:
Frank Lloyd Wright was commissioned by Florida Southern
College President Lud Spivey to design an architecturally
integrated campus for the college. Wright designed 18
structures for his "Child of the Sun Campus," twelve of which
were eventually built. Wright visited the Florida Southern
campus in late 1938 to check on the progress of his
"Child of
the Sun." Dan Sanborn captured that visit on film.
