NORMAN RIGGINS HOUSE

Back
Norman Riggins came to Lakeland with his father and uncle in 1884. The three men opened a dry goods store at Main and Tennessee. All three also built homes along South Tennessee not far from the store. This house stood in the 200 block of South Tennessee. The photo dates from about 1886.
