Norman and Sally Riggins had returned from Lakeland to Dexter, Missouri in 1887 where their second daughter Margaret Frances "Fannie," pictured above, was born. Fannie was 4 years old when this picture was taken in 1893. Two years later she and her family returned to Lakeland for good. Fannie lived in Lakeland for the rest of her life. She died in Lakeland in 1967 at the age of 78.
