This series contains records relating to the activities of the standing, ad hoc and advisory committees of the Florida Citrus Commission. Included are the minutes of such committees as the Administration and Budget Committee, the Advertising Committee, the Governmental Affairs Committee, the Institutional Marketing Committee, the Marketing and Economic Research Committee, the Public Relations Committee, and the Scientific Research Committee.
The records are incomplete since only the files for the years 1987 to 1989 inclusive are in this series. Summaries of committee actions are available in the minutes of the commission meetings. A complete record of committee meetings should reside either in the offices of the Florida Department of Citrus or the Florida State Archives.
