There are 60 scrapbooks containing histories of the organization, minutes and agendas of local, District 9, and Florida Federation meetings. Also included are financial records, correspondence, projects and awards, and newspaper articles about the club and its members.
Some of the materials have been removed and placed in the appropriate subject files: Charter and By-Laws, a telegram from President William Howard Taft in 1912, and other correspondence. Photographs were put into a separate box, but many are stuck to the pages and can't be removed from the early scrapbooks. The same is true of many reports, awards, and meeting programs.
