Series II, Residential Projects, 1959-1985
Richard Jones was an architect in Lakeland for more than 30 years. During his long career he was involved in the design and/or renovation of nearly 200 hundred commercial and residential structures in Lakeland and the surrounding communities. The Residential Projects Series (3 boxes, 1.25') documents a small sample of the residential structures on which Jones worked during his more than thirty years as an architect. Included are correspondence, contracts, copies of plans and drawings, list of supplies, specifications, invoices and receipts, and photographs.
The records in this series are arranged alphabetically by the name of the client and chronologically within folders. The architectural plans and drawings for these projects can be found in Series V.
The complete folder title list is available in the Special Collections unit.
