A Guide to Play It Safe on Halloween
 The Lakeland Police Department is offering a brochure and safety video presentation to help parents keep "trick or treaters" safe this Halloween.
This guide is filled with safety tips and ideas for a safe Halloween event. Parents can learn how to plan for a safe night out, what to do while you are out visiting the neighbors, and when to report suspicious activity to the police.
