Attempt to Identify - Vehicle Burglary Suspect(s)

        

On Saturday, March 1, 2014, at approximately 9:11 a.m., a white vehicle, possibly a Dodge Caravan or a Durango backed in the parking space next to the victim’s vehicle in the parking lot of Kathleen Hair Supply, 1404 Providence Road. When the victim returned to her vehicle, she discovered it had been broken into.

It appeared that the unknown suspect(s) exited the white vehicle and went up to the driver side of the victim’s vehicle. The suspect vehicle was there for a few minutes and exited the parking lot.

The vehicle exited the parking lot as if they were aware that the location was equipped with video surveillance.

LPD K9 Unit Takes Regional 4 Man Team TItle

The results of the 2014 USPCA Spring K9 Field Trials are in! For the 4th year in a row, LPD won the Regional 4 man Team. And, for the 3rd year in a row, an LPD team has taken home the title of “Top Dog”. Congratulations to Officer Peterman and K9 Nox on their first Regional Top Dog Championship.

Below are the final results for LPD:

    3rd Place - Officer Ted Sealey and K9 Bruno
    5th Place - Officer Rob Manrow and K9 Quanto
    6th Place - Officer Jeff Barrett and K9 Echo

Attempt to Identify - Business Burglary Suspects EZ Auto Van Rentals

    

On Wednesday, March 19, 2014, at approximately 3:30 a.m., two unknown males shattered the windows to the EZ Auto Van Rentals, 111 W Memorial Boulevard and stole a computer.

The subjects are described as black males. Subject #1 is wearing a hooded sweatshirt. Subject #2 has long dreads.

Attempt to Identify - Grand Theft Suspects Old Navy

        

On Monday, February 17, 2014, at approximately 11:29 a.m., two females entered the Old Navy store, 3800 N Road 98, and took approximately $400 worth of infant clothing.

Suspect #1 is described as a black female, 17-23 years of age, 5’2”-5’5”, 110-130 lbs, with a medium complexion and her black hair pulled back into a bun. She was seen wearing blue jeans, a grey hooded sweatshirt with large white letters on the front, black flat shoes, a black cap or visor and sunglasses. She was carrying a large black purse and a hot pink plastic bag.

Suspect #2 is described as a black female, 17-23 years of age, 5’2”-5’5”, 160-180 lbs, with a medium complexion and short black hair. She was seen wearing a hot pink shirt, black pants, brown shoes, glasses and carrying a large brown purse.
