Attempt to Identify - Grand Theft Suspects Old Navy

        

On Monday, February 17, 2014, at approximately 11:29 a.m., two females entered the Old Navy store, 3800 N Road 98, and took approximately $400 worth of infant clothing.

Suspect #1 is described as a black female, 17-23 years of age, 5’2”-5’5”, 110-130 lbs, with a medium complexion and her black hair pulled back into a bun. She was seen wearing blue jeans, a grey hooded sweatshirt with large white letters on the front, black flat shoes, a black cap or visor and sunglasses. She was carrying a large black purse and a hot pink plastic bag.

Suspect #2 is described as a black female, 17-23 years of age, 5’2”-5’5”, 160-180 lbs, with a medium complexion and short black hair. She was seen wearing a hot pink shirt, black pants, brown shoes, glasses and carrying a large brown purse.

Crime Stoppers Bulletin - Theft-Fraud Suspect

On Saturday, March 08, 2014, at approximately 2:00 a.m., the suspect pictured approached the victim in the Wing House parking lot, 4515 S. Florida Avenue, asking for food and a cigarette. The victim placed his wallet and cell phone on top of his vehicle while he retrieved items for the suspect from the trunk of his car. The victim retrieved his wallet, but didn’t realize his cell phone was missing at the time.

On March 10, 2014, the victim discovered fraudulent transactions on his GTE Federal Credit Union bank account.

The suspect is described as a white female, approximately 6’1”, 160 lbs, with red hair and wearing yellow overalls at the time.

Crime Stoppers Bulletin - Grand Theft Suspects Save-A-Lot

        

On Saturday, January 11, 2014, two unknown persons stole a brown wallet containing a food stamp card, Florida ID and cash from the victim while she was at Save-A-Lot, 2021 George Jenkins Boulevard.

Suspect #1 is a white female approximately 30 years old, heavyset, long brown hair, wearing a white Nike shirt and dark shorts.

Suspect #2 is a heavyset white male, wearing a white shirt and dark pants.

Crime Stoppers Bulletin - Wanted Person - Dominique Denard Smith

Lakeland Police are investigating the Sexual Battery of a Juvenile and need help locating the suspect in the case. Lakeland Police have an active warrant for the arrest of Dominique Smith. 

The sexual battery is believed to have occurred in the latter part of 2013 with a victim that was known to the suspect.  Per FL Statute 119.071(2)(h)1 no further information will be released that will tend to identify the victim. 

At this point in time, it is believed that the suspect is eluding law enforcement. 

Suspect Information:

Dominique Denard Smith
19 years old, 5’7”-5’9”, thin build, dark complexion
LKA: 3215 Baird Ave #J63
Charge:  Sexual battery of a juvenile

Smith is known to frequent the area of Brandy Place in Lakeland, FL. His hair is a little longer and bushier than depicted in the photo.
