The Lakeland Police Department needs help in locating Tyrone Davis in reference to the 2012 homicide of Daylon Easton.

 
ORIGINAL RELEASE:

On February 18, 2012 at 11:23 p.m., Lakeland Police responded to 1202 Jewel Avenue in reference to a person being shot.  Upon arrival, officers found Daylon Oshae Easton, 17, (b/m 05/05/1994) on a living room couch with a gunshot wound to the head.  Several individuals were in the home at the time, however no one could provide information on the shooting.

Daylon Easton died Monday, February 20, 2012 as a result of his injuries. 

If in contact with the subject approach with caution he is known to be armed with a firearm.

On Monday, December 29, 2014, at 11:12 a.m., the Lakeland Police Department responded to 1935 Crystal Grove Drive #53 to assist PCEMS call of a child not breathing. The baby, Princeton Graham, 5 months old, was in the custodial care of his biological father, Robert Graham and Graham’s girlfriend.

 

Graham was in apartment #61, babysitting other children and his baby. Graham advised he was attempting to feed the baby formula and the baby began to choke. Graham said he turned the baby over and administered several back blows to the baby’s back to stop it from choking. Graham then took the baby to apartment #53 were the resident there called 911.

 

On December 31, the baby, Princeton Graham, succumbed to his injuries at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa, Florida.

 

On January 2nd, an autopsy was performed and the findings of the medical examiner were that Princeton Graham died as a result of “Shaken Baby” caused by blunt force head trauma from assault.

 

Detectives stated that the father had admitted to overly rough playing with the baby on December 28th by slamming the baby on the bed, bouncing it on his knee and shaking the baby for about four minutes.

 

The father, Robert Graham knowingly and willfully abused the baby which resulted in his death. He was arrested on January 8th, without incident at his residence and charged with Aggravated Child Abuse, F1 and Manslaughter, F2.

Marquell Rashad “Shad/Shard” Howard (B/M, DOB/11.28.1984, 5’10”, 160#, long dreads) is being sought by the Lakeland Police Department and U.S. Marshals for the murder of Demetrice Stacy on March 29, 2014.  On October 16, 2014, a grand jury issued an indictment on Mr. Howard for First Degree Murder, as well as a multitude of other felony charges related to the homicide. Mr. Howard continues to elude capture while a REWARD of $3,500.00 remains unclaimed.

On March 31, 2014 at 7:55 a.m., the Lakeland Police Department received a call in reference to an adult male found deceased in a ditch in the area of 1100 Hodges Road. The deceased male was identified as Demetri...ce Tavontate Stacy, B/M, DOB 9/14/91, 1437 North Webster Avenue, Lakeland, Fla. The autopsy revealed the victim died of multiple gunshots wounds.

Evidence at the scene revealed that Stacy had been transported to the address on Hodges Road from another location. The Violent Crimes Detectives determined that the homicide occurred at 526 W. Myrtle Street. On April 3rd, the residence at this location was destroyed by arson.

During the investigation, detectives were hindered by witnesses who refused to cooperate or provide any statements. Detectives developed a suspect and a Grand Jury convened on October 16 at which time an indictment was received. During the Grand Jury, two witnesses who testified were charged with perjury in an official proceeding related to a capital felony. Those witnesses have been identified as; Marcus Andrews, 10/20/89 and Ian Young, 2/19/87. Both remain in jail as of this date.

The suspect, Marquell Rashad “Shad” Howard, DOB 11/28/84, was indicted on the below listed charges:

1. First Degree Murder
2. Tampering with a witness (2cts)
3. Aggravated Assault with a firearm
4. Tampering with physical evidence
5. Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon

Howard is 5’6”, 160 lbs and his dreads may have been cut. He may possibly be driving a 2002 Ford explorer, 4 door, listed as gray but appears gold/champagne in color. The tag # is 239-1JE and he has been seen recently driving this vehicle. His last known address is 1550 11th Street NE, Winter Haven.

Howard is known to be in possession of firearms and should be considered armed and dangerous.
