EVANS was seated on a bucket outside his residence while a friend worked on his vehicle. Two unknown subjects approached and attempted a personal robbery. The victim was shot was trying to run away.

On December 23, 1998, MORRIS was foudn shot to death in the alley of the of 700 block of E. Myrtle Street. The victim's vehicle was found parked nearby.

On December 7, 2001, COOK was in the company of a relative in the 1900 block of Harden Blvd. when they were approached and robbed at gun point. The victim was shot to death during the robbery.
