Investigative Services Bureau

The Investigative Services Bureau (ISB) is tasked with investigating felonious criminal activity and follow up on reports generated by the Uniform Patrol Division. The Bureau has fully embraced the department’s community policing philosophy and supports the department’s goal to reduce crime by 30% within two years. Detectives assigned to ISB attended neighborhood meetings, patrol briefings and canvass neighborhoods of serious criminal activity to enhance internal and external collaboration.

A reorganization of the department in 2013 included moving the Records Division, Property & Evidence, Crime Scene Unit and Crime Analysis & Intelligence under the Investigations Bureau. For information on each of these areas of responsibility, click on the links below:
