Coleman Bush Building The Coleman-Bush Building provides office spaces, recreational classes, special events, meeting rooms and short term rental opportunities. A dance studio is also on site. Historically significant, the Coleman-Bush Building houses two permanent historical exhibits in the lobby and provides access to Jackson Park, the site of the Jackson Memorial Trail.
