First Light Yoga (Event Canceled 10/1): Morning Yoga Series At Hollis Garden


LAKELAND, FL (March 24, 2022) - The City of Lakeland invites you to join us for First Light Yoga in Hollis Garden. The Parks & Recreation Department has teamed up with yoga studios in the community to provide a series of free yoga classes in one of Lakeland’s most serene locations. Participants are recommended to bring their own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Minors must be at least 14 years of age to participate and be accompanied by a parent or guardian. *

FIRST LIGHT YOGA AT HOLLIS GARDEN SCHEDULE

Saturday, April 9, 9 a.m. (registration at 8:30) – Yoga Pointe
Saturday, May 7, 8:30 a.m. (registration at 8:00) – Balance Culture
Saturday, October 1, 8:30 a.m. (registration at 8:00) – Satya Life Yoga 

Hollis Garden is a botanical display garden set in a neo-classical architectural environment complete with patterned flower beds, public art, and ornamental fountains. Hollis Garden is a formal garden on a 1.2-acre site located within historic Lake Mirror Park. Here you will find over 10,000 flowers, ornamental shrubs, and native trees.  The garden is located at 702 East Orange Street, Lakeland, FL.
