Residents that wish to obtain a library card should visit the Circulation Desk and be prepared to show a picture ID and proof of their street address in the form of one of the following:
a) Current Driver's License
b) Electric bill with your name and address
c) Voter's Registration card with your name and address
d) Renter's Agreement with your name and address
e) Checkbook with name and address noted on check |

Children may obtain a library card with a parent or legal guardian's permission.
Library cards are available in several attractive designs.
Cards are valid for a three year period and can be used at ANY public library in Polk County. |
