Collection
Books
The collection of 700's includes books on visual and performing art; collectibles; decorative and craft books, as well as books on sports and games.
Audiobooks
The Fine Arts area is also home to our most popular collection: audiobooks a.k.a. Books-on-Tape or Books on CD. Our audiobook collection features unabridged and abridged versions of current fiction and non-fiction titles. The library also features downloadable audiobooks that can be played on your home computer or your MP3 player.
Look for the Books on Cassette collection to diminish in favor of Books on CD.
Compact Dics
Our compact disc collection includes more than 5,000 titles to suit any musical taste, from symphonic to country; folk to rock; Broadway, blues or international. There are also CDs that offer sound effects, wedding music, historic speeches, nature sounds and dance instruction. We also carry current fiction and non-fiction titles on CD.
Videos
The library is reducing its VHS collection in favor of the DVD format. Current VHS tapes include some popular movies, we have plays, ballets, musicals, PBS and A&E special programs, travel, language instruction, and self-help videos to name a few.
The library has begun to expand its Spanish video collection, from documentaries to new releases and hollywood blockbusters.
DVDs
DVDs are available for checkout. The collection includes classics and current releases. DVDs can be found on the long wall near the Fine Arts office.

Children's movies on DVD and VHS can be found in the Youth Services Room.
Services
In-Library Programming
Fine Arts also coordinates in-library programming for the public in the form of book discussions and cultural programming. All cultural programs are low-cost or free to the public.
