This collection consists of a transcript of a deposition given by Florida Southern College Professor Emeritus Thomas Mack in the case of Mobil vs. State of Florida. Mack was called by the plaintiff to testify as to his knowledge of the drainage of the Peace and Alafia Rivers in central Florida.
It was donated by Professor Mack in 1998.
