Lakeland Electric staff will return on December 2, 2019. During this time, customers may access their utility account(s) by telephone (863.834.9535) 7 days a week / 24 hours a day with no wait time to retrieve account balance and due date, make a payment, update your telephone number and request a payment extension if one is needed.
If you are registered online, you can use E-bill (paperless billing). This includes bill pay, bill summary, transaction history and consumption history. When enrolling you can create a personal login, allowing you free in-depth account management 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week. Enroll in Lakeland Electric's free paperless billing at ebill.lakelandelectric.com.
