The public is invited to the kick off for Walk to End Alzheimer’s® Polk County on May 29 from 6PM at COhatch Lakeland. This special event will give a glimpse of what this year's Walk will look like and a chance to learn more about the Alzheimer’s Association, how to get involved and create your own team.
