The Lakeland Police Department will host a Career Fair on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Lakeland Police Station, 219 North Massachusetts Avenue in Lakeland. This event will include opportunities for those interested in law enforcement or a civilian career in our 911 Emergency Communications Center. Recruiters and human resource professionals will on site to answer questions about the hiring process, benefits, academy sponsorships, training, and more! Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet with 911 Communications professionals and take a tour of the Emergency Communications Dispatch Center.
