| VINE - VICTIM INFORMATION AND NOTIFICATION EVERYDAY
The arrest or incarceration of a suspect may bring some comfort to a crime victim, but no one stays locked up forever. Offenders will eventually get released, which can cause fear in victims if they are uncertain whether the person is still locked up or released.
VINE (Victim Information and Notification Everyday) is a toll-free automated 24-hour telephone service that allows you to check on the status of an offender in custody, and to register for automatic notification when an offender is released, transferred, escapes, dies, or has a court appearance by calling:
Florida Statewide VINE toll-free 1-877-846-3435
Callers must provide the following information to VINE:
- Offender's name
- Booking or DOC Number
- Your four-digit PIN #
For inmate Booking Number: Call Polk County Jail Classification 1-863-534-6309 or the Florida Department of Corrections 1-850-488-2533.
