Introducing Toby the Turtle, who is the leader of the City of Lakeland’s Lakes & Stormwater Division’s Water Warriors! Toby and the Water Warriors are the defenders of our City’s beautiful lakes, and want to let you know that putting anything down the stormwater drains like trash, yard wastes and chemicals is harmful to the lakes and makes it unsafe for him and his fellow Water Warriors. Check out the City of Lakeland's facebook page for new posts every Tuesday! And remember, Only Rain Goes Down the Drain! For more information check out tobyswaterwarriors.com
