City News Blog: Take the 2026 Lakeland Community Survey - Your Voice Matters

LAKELAND, FL (February 17, 2026) | The City of Lakeland is launching a survey to gather community feedback and opinions regarding services received through interactions with City Departments. The online survey can be accessed by visiting www.COLCsurvey.com from February 16, 2026, through March 16, 2026.

The user-friendly survey asks respondents to share valuable feedback that will be used during the strategic planning process. Residents are invited to share their impressions of the community, rate City interactions, and share thoughts about Lakeland’s future priorities. “The Lakeland Community Survey is one of the most important tools we have to understand how we are serving our residents. Your feedback helps guide our priorities, improve services, and plan responsibly for the future. I encourage every resident to take a few minutes to share their voice,” said Mayor Sara Roberts McCarley.

The City of Lakeland wants to hear from you, so please take the time to participate in the Lakeland Community Survey. Your input will be helpful as we make decisions to ensure the City continues to provide the highest level of service possible within existing resources. The easy-to-use questionnaire will only take 10-15 minutes to complete, and responses are entirely confidential.

For those who need or prefer a paper survey, hard copies of the survey will be available at the following City locations:

  • Main Library, 100 Lake Morton Drive
  • Jackson Branch Library, 1700 North Florida Avenue
  • Kelly Recreation Complex/Branch Library, 404 Imperial Boulevard
  • Coleman Bush Building, 1104 MLK Junior Boulevard
  • City Hall, 228 South Massachusetts Avenue
  • Simpson Park, 1725 MLK Junior Boulevard
