Important Notice

Please be aware that the City of Lakeland Purchasing & Stores Division does not solicit quotes from vendors or suppliers via facsimile.  We utilize the automatic e-mail notification system through our Oracle eBS iSupplier and Sourcing System.

Suppliers must be registered in iSupplier to view the status and history of any purchase order(s) issued, as well as view the status of receipts, invoices and payments. Registered suppliers will also use iSupplier to receive email notifications of current requests for quotes.
