Free Water Conservation Kit Request

Are you a City of Lakeland Water Utility customer? If so, did you know that you can request a FREE water conservation kit?

All residential or business customers are eligible. Each kit includes:

Low-flow showerheads
Low-flow kitchen and bathroom faucet aerators
Toilet leak detection dye tablets
Irrigation Schedule Magnet
Educational material

Please note: One kit will be provided per household. If you live on a multi-family property with only one City of Lakeland Water account, please select "multi-family" and leave the account number blank on the request form. Business property owners can also request water-saving devices. Keep in mind this is a one-time provision per property.

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for request processing. You will be contacted by the Water Utility via email to make conservation kit pick-up arrangements.

I understand that the City of Lakeland Water Utility does not warrant any aerator, showerhead, toilet leak detection tablet, plumbing tape, or any other free products to be free of defects or warrant the quality of the workmanship, and that the City of Lakeland Water Utility is not responsible for the suitability of the premise for aerator, showerhead, toilet leak detection tablet, plumbing tape, or any other free device's installation or use.

I further agree to hold harmless the CIty of Lakeland Water Utility, its directors, officers, and employees against all loss, damages, expense, and liability resulting from any personal injury or loss including, but not limited to, destruction, or damage to property arising out of, or in any way connected to, the installation and/or use of the aerator, showerhead, toilet leak detection tablet, plumbing tape, or any other free device provided.
