LAKELAND, FL (October 1, 2025) - Easton Drive, from Fairmount Avenue to Buckingham Avenue, will be repaved with asphalt due to safety issues caused by repeated washouts of the existing brick street during heavy rainfall. These washouts have occurred multiple times, undermining the brick foundation and creating hazardous conditions for motorists.
