LAKELAND, FL (May 22, 2026) - On Tuesday, May 26, City of Lakeland contractors will begin repairing a brick crosswalk, curb ramps, the intersection of W. Lake Parker Dr. and E. Garden St.  

During this maintenance project, W. Lake Parker Dr. will be closed and traffic will be detoured. The detour route will be clearly marked, and flaggers will be present when needed. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes when possible. 

The repairs are expected to be completed within three days.
