Inspection Scheduling and Requirements


Inspection procedures:
When you obtain a permit for any work the required inspections for that job will be included. Most inspections when called in are completed within 24 hours. Inspections are to be called in on the IVR system by you.

Automated call in system: IVR System
The Automated Inspection Response System is an Interaction Voice Response (IVR) system for callers to use a touch-tone telephone to schedule, inquire, or cancel inspections. The IVR system is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Inspections request made before 7 AM will be scheduled for the current working day.

Instructions on using the IVR – When you obtain a permit for any work, the IVR use directions will be included.
