State Planning Agency Notice of Intent (NOI)

The Florida Division of Community and Planning Development (State Planning Agency) issues a Notice of Intent (NOI) regarding Compliance of recently adopted Citys Comprehensive Plan Amendments.  The State's finding of Compliance basically is a determination of whether or not the City's amendments are consistent with the State's Comprehensive Plan.  Affected parties have 21 days to appeal the State finding from the date that it was published on their website.  The City only adopts regular, non-DRI amendments twice a year, thus, an NOI may or may not be found below or on the State's website: http://dca.deo.myflorida.com/finddocumentsonline/.  If you have a question about the NOI, please call our Division at 863-834-6011.
