| | Dixieland CRA Corridor Study and Streetscape Master Plan | | This plan is for the South Florida Avenue Corridor through the Dixieland CRA district. Property and business owners located within the CRA boundaries as well as residents of the adjacent South Lake Morton and Dixieland neighborhoods were invited to participate in creating a new vision for the redevelopment of this area in a planning process facilitated by the planning consulting firm, Kimley-Horn/Urban Resource Group. |
